”Tele2 KZ”, Kazakhstan. CTO (Sept. 2011 – July 2015)

Successful  project of technical preparation and commercial launch of the Tele2 cellular network in all regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Construction of more than 2,000 new base stations to provide optimum coverage.

As a result a new network with high quality indicators was built, which allowed for attracting more than 3 million new subscribers and gaining a leading position in the market by the average speed of data services.
