Project team leader Andrey Smelkov founded his own private consulting & management business in May 2019.

The majority of our team members joined this business from the Russian company “Mobile TeleSystems” (MTS PJSC) where we worked together in a separate business unit MTS International, responsible for the management and development of MTS Group foreign assets.

MTS PJSC is a leader in the 4 players of the mobile market of Russia and has foreign operations in several neighboring countries with a total subscriber base about 87 Mn and annual revenue 2019  above RUR 475 Bn (approx. USD 7 Bn). MTS PJSC is listed in New-York Stock Exchange (MBT) and Moscow Stock Exchange (MTSS).

Our team is closely cooperating in several projects with MTS Group as well as with its mother company Joint Stock Financial Corporation “Sistema”
